She was seen on video giving the child a cookie that was bought by the facility. As a result the child had an allergic reaction and was taken to urgent care. There were two other incidents where the allergy notification was ignored. The same child was given a snack food that contained milk. The sibling, also allergic to milk was given a product containing milk. These actions also resulted in an allergic reaction.
