There is also an exposed metal bolt. The drain down spout which is located ear the backdoor leading to from the gym hallway is damage and the drain cover is missing and there is standing water. The blue side on the back struct ure of the playground is leadning at the base of the slide. A photograph of each damage equipment was taken during the inspection.
