Illinois publishes its list of licensed day care programs and each license's status, but not inspections or violations in bulk (they are on the state's compliance search, one program at a time). So this program is never shown as having a clean record. For day care homes and group day care homes we show only the license, city, county and ZIP: the license holder is a person at a home address. See it on the Illinois Day Care Provider Lookup.
